Our Mission

We craft yogis out of everyone, because we believe yoga is for everyone. We do that by offering quality studio spaces, passionate teachers, and multiple locations at the most affordable price. At Yogasmith we focus on strengthening the body, calming the mind, and building a welcoming community. Grab a friend and try us out.

Classes

Most classes at Yogasmith are Ashtanga-based or Vinyasa Flow and focus on linking movement and breath throughout the practice. Classes vary by teacher as they each bring their own background and experience to the mat with a blend of styles such as Anusara, Yin, and Power. We encourage you to be open and to try any class that matches your ability level.

First class at Yogasmith?

New members or drop-ins should arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes prior to any class. Any of the “All Levels” or “Gentle” classes are suitable for beginners. If you have not completed your information online prior to class, please plan to complete your account at the studio.

What to Expect

Check in on the ipad or sign in as “guest”.
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and breathe.
Bring some water and a small towel if you’d like.
We provide mats to borrow if you do not have your own.
Most members practice barefoot.
Please introduce yourself to the teacher.
Find a space for your mat and enjoy.
